Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, Experience in workforce staffing, operations, or a data-driven coordination role at leadership level, Analytical capability with ability to interpret fill rate data, identify trends, and escalate risks proactively, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, Demonstrated ownership and accountability, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Experience working in Amazon Workforce Staffing or a similar large-scale staffing/operations environment, Knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and data management, Track record of driving process improvements and reducing operational waste at team or regional level, Experience representing a team in senior stakeholder forums
What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage risk mitigation tasks
Monitor workload trends and efficiency
Represent team on Tactical Risk Management calls
Represent team on Weekly Business Reviews calls
Translate risk signals into actionable stakeholder communications
Ensure accurate and timely submission of funnel inputs
Maintain data integrity across assigned markets
Conduct deep dive investigations across EU
Identify root causes of recurring fill rate risks
Translate findings into process improvement recommendations
Analyse Global Risk Inspection TRM data
Assess risk levels against defined tolerance thresholds
Ensure mitigation actions flow into central teams
Generate and distribute candidate and application risk reports
Identify patterns and systemic risks
Collaborate cross-functionally with centralised teams
Ensure risk mitigation actions are executed effectively
Act as Subject Matter Expert at country level
Support RMI and other markets with specialist knowledge
Own process review and documentation
Develop best practice approaches to candidate management
Reduce operational waste across the pillar
