Completed (technical) university degree or comparable education, Experience in the preparation, descriptive, and exploratory analysis of large datasets, Confident use of statistical analysis software (e.g., Python, SAS), Conceptual and analytical flexibility in developing new topics, Ability to proactively, quickly, independently, and solution-oriented work on tasks, Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Relevant experience, Database Management knowledge, Credit Risk Management knowledge
What You'll Do.
Conducting complex analyses to support various decision-making methods
Further development of the Rating Engines infrastructure and its interfaces to other systems in the bank
Quality assurance of the monthly re-rating process and downstream data deliveries to other bank systems
Analytical support for RM stakeholders
Participation in the continuous improvement of internal models
especially considering regulatory requirements
Creation and Automation of monitoring reports for the RSA team including deep dives into the report results
Analyze and understand root causes
open DQ issues and follow up on improvements of the data quality
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration with adjacent departments (CRMusiness/IT/Finance/Audit/etc.); Collaboration with external supervisory authorities (ECB, BaFin) and auditors; Working collaboratively
