What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Four (4) year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Minimum five (5) years of related risk management, insurance policy management, and/or insurancerokerage experience and/or training, interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment tools, Ability to communicate effectively with diverse levels, skill sets and functions, computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports

Nice to Have

ARM, CPCU, and/or Property & Casualty Broker license preferred, Team Oriented

What You'll Do.

Demonstrate and communicate the core values

Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission

Manage data and application requests

Assist with the negotiation of insurance renewal programs

Assist with the evaluation of insurance coverage requirements

Assist in the placement of coverage

Review of insurance program specifications

Review insurance carrier and insurance broker invoices

Assist in the development

and maintenance of an effective Workers’ Compensation charge

Produce statistical and analytical reports

Collaborate with business leads and clinical teams

Ensuring the accuracy of claims data and coding

Assessment/gap analysis of existing loss prevention materials

Maintain a relationship and open communication

Oversee OSHA compliance

Partner with Accounting and Financial Reporting

Participate in the selection and oversight of insurance consultants

Assistance with the Workers’ Compensation Claims Management program

Management and oversight of the company’s Unemployment claims program

Management and oversight of the company’s New Jersey Temporary Disability

Management and oversight of the company’s New Jersey Family Leave Insurance Programs

Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards
