The Risk Manager plays a crucial role in driving the organization's risk management initiatives and ensuring compliance across global function. Think of this role as a non-technical “solution architect” where you will be given the autonomy to develop a strategy and build effective controls to ensure WW customer safety. This individual will champion the adoption of new tools and programs that fortify our compliance efforts, conduct comprehensive risk assessments on existing processes and new product assortments, identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies. These recommendations may encompass process improvements, training enhancements, and other measures to effectively manage and mitigate identified risks.
