Must Have

At least 5 years of work experience, 2+ years of experience in executive protection, protective intelligence, or security operations, Background in law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles, Experience supporting senior executives or high-profile principals, HR-218 (LEOSA) Credentials, Demonstrated ability to assess risk, make sound judgments, and remain composed under pressure, Ability to travel as required (including short-notice travel), Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What You'll Do.

Safeguarding Genworth’s senior leaders

and key stakeholders by delivering discreet

and risk‑based protective services

Supporting the company’s Executive Protection (EP) and Physical Security programs by proactively identifying risks

implementing mitigation strategies

and ensuring a secure environment

Provide close protection and security support for executives during business travel

and events (domestic and international)

Conduct protective advances

Maintain a low-profile

professional presence aligned with corporate culture

Support emergency response and incident management involving executives

Conduct executive travel and event risk assessments

and geopolitical factors

Monitor global security developments and emerging threats relevant to executive activity

actionable intelligence and briefing materials for executives and leadership

Support go/no-go decisions and mitigation planning for higher-risk travel or events

Liaise with external partners such as protective service vendors

transportation providers

and local authorities

Support crisis management and business continuity activities as needed

Maintain documentation aligned with Genworth policies

and audit expectations

Participate in after-action reviews and continuous improvement of executive protection practices

Ensure compliance with applicable laws

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working in close partnership with Corporate Security leadership, internal business partners, and external law enforcement; Liaise with external partners such as protective service vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and local authorities
