Must Have
5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services environments, working knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, working knowledge of governance structures, working knowledge of risk frameworks, experience communicating risk and control requirements clearly to risk teams, experience communicating risk and control requirements clearly to business stakeholders, experience communicating risk and control requirements clearly to leadership, highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented when assessing risks, detail-oriented when evaluating control effectiveness, written communication skills, verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex risk topics to executive audiences
