What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15 years of experience in risk management, Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Risk Management or related field, understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, and international standards, Proven experience working on large-scale or complex developments, Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Saudi nationals are preferred, PMP-RMP certification, ISO 31000 certification
What You'll Do.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments
Identify potential risks and their implications
Assess project risks and opportunities
Develop cost effective mitigation strategies
Develop contingency plans
Develop Detailed Risk Management Plan
Develop risk register
Develop project Risk reports
Develop executive updates
Implement and monitor risk mitigation measures
Provide risk management guidance and support
Facilitate risk workshops
Identify emerging risks
Evaluate risk controls
Develop contingency plans
Monitor and review project risks regularly
Update risk registers
Track risk treatment actions
Communicate risk status and trends
Promote a risk-aware culture
coaching and mentorship
Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes
Enhance risk awareness and effectiveness
Liaise with Government agencies and regulatory authorities
Liaise with project stakeholders
Ensure alignment of risk management practices
Provide outreach oversight to risk management program
Evaluate and quantify risks using quantitative techniques
Monitor risk mitigation strategies
Monitor contingency strategies
Ensure risk management practices comply with industry standards
Ensure compliance with international risk management standards
Calculate Risk allowances
Calculate Contingency
Coordinate with Planning department
Coordinate with Project control department
Coordinate with cost department
Ensure schedule adherence
Ensure cost efficiency
Support decision-making on technical risks
Support decision-making on financial risks
Support decision-making on operational risks
Perform other duties as requested
