Proven experience in risk management within nuclear, infrastructure, or regulated sectors, Experience in nuclear decommissioning or legacy waste programmes, Knowledge of commercial risk and contract risk allocation (e.g., NEC3/4), Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive risk-informed decision-making, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance

**About the Opportunity** To lead and manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across nuclear decommissioning programmes. The role ensures that commercial, operational, and regulatory risks are effectively managed to support safe, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery.
