What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics or other related field, 3-5 years of work experience, Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excellent analytical skills, with ability to extract insights from large, complex datasets, Ability to present information in a digestible, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Exceptional attention to detail, with organizational skills, Eagerness to learn with interpersonal and communication skills, Exercises good judgment, a problem solver, a team player that excels in a dynamic environment, Must have a legal right to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience in insurance, consumer or retail industries is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage Data Integrity: Clean
and validate large datasets using rigorous quality control to ensure accuracy.
Generate Insights: Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable recommendations that support risk and insurance strategies.
Communication: Synthesize findings into high-level presentations that translate data into clear
strategic narratives for leadership and business partners.
Support the annual renewal of corporate insurance policies including property
Report claims under insurance policies
update claim summaries and claims handling instructions.
SOPs and other risk management documents.
