You will... * Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits. * Check transactions and generate different reports. * Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery. * Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc. * Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities. * Investigate different fraud patterns. ## Qualifications Components for success. You... * Are fluent in English. * Are available to work on shifts (08 am - 05 pm/ 03 pm - 00) * Have previous experience in the Finance field. * Have knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications. * Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. * Are a team player with a positive attitude.
