Must Have
Three years of general professional administrative experience., Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint., Ability to work with confidential information.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, Exposure to insurance claims, risk management, or HR environments., Exposure to data analysis or audits., Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools.
What You'll Do.
Maintain and track property insurance data
including billing and location records.
Support insurance claims processes through data collection
Assist with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review motor vehicle records to ensure employee compliance with company policies.
Support administration of the Driver Safety Program across multiple states.
Coordinate documentation related to incidents and insurance requirements.

Assist in building reports on insurance performance
Help create presentations and improve data visualization (PowerPoint
Manage departmental inbox and distribute communications.
Support ongoing Risk Management projects and initiatives.
