**Job Description:** Job Title - Risk Lead Location - Remote Type - Full-Time ** _About the company_** Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London. Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business. Processing over £101 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities. **_About the job_** The Risk Lead will be a part of the second line of defence risk team and will be responsible for managing Enterprise risks (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply chain, Digital transformation etc). The role involves providing risk oversight and guidance to the business and ensuring compliance with the organisation's risk management framework. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise risk management and relevant controls. There is room to grow within the team and within the wider DXC company. The candidate ideally also has experience in the insurance industry, but other financial services related, or Digital, Data, Technology related services are also desired. **_Key Responsibilities_** * Leads comprehensive assessments of enterprise‑level risks and provides clear, actionable recommendations to support informed decision‑making across the business. * Monitors, analyses, and reports on risk exposures, ensuring timely escalation of significant issues to senior management. * Maintains and updates the enterprise risk register, ensuring risks are accurately documented, assessed, and actively managed. * Drafts effective controls and conducts control testing to assess design and opera
