Nice to Have
Postgraduate degree in a financial or technical field, Significant portion of professional experience dedicated to AI or model risk management / model validation, monitoring, In-depth understanding of AI technology, Proven track record in AI or governance experience, Prior experience in conformance or related functions, Familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices, Ability to work in a high performing team, Ability to work and liaise with others in a diverse team
What You'll Do.
maintenance of AIML Policies
Oversight of AI Risk tiering
Co-ordination of cross-functional AI risk assessments
Support Generative AI proof-of-concepts
Maintain and support adoption of AIML Policies
Develop and enhance AIML operating model
Creation and maintenance of AIML system inventory
Co-ordination of AI risk assessments
Implementation of mitigation strategies
Support governance of AIML Risks
End-to-end support for Generative AI proof-of-concepts
Monitoring of AI systems
Ensure operation within guardrails and controls
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance
Develop and conduct training programmes
Enhance bank's AI governance framework
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Co-ordination of cross-functional AI risk assessments; Collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams; Engage in AI technology and governance advances; Advise key stakeholders; Collaborate with other areas of work; Build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships
