Make site acquisition recommendations
Make design recommendations
Make engineering recommendations

Evaluate impact of site risks
Evaluate impact of site constraints
Guide AWS infrastructure expansion
Deliver technical site risk analysis
Deliver due diligence assessments
Own complex infrastructure projects
Adapt standard approaches
Contract engineering studies
Supervise engineering studies
Interpret engineering study results
Manage project budgets
Establish project schedules
Escalate technical risks
