What They're Looking For.
Must Have
university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, ~2 years of experience in risk management, hands-on experience with various components of risk management frameworks (e.g., risk assessment and measurement, incident management and assessment, internal controls frameworks and attestation, as well as other data analysis for risk-related purposes), Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and spoken), Experience in delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders, Proficiency in MS Office programs, Power experience in data management and ensuring data quality, analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key risk drivers and their potential impact, Responsible, collaborative, results-oriented, proactive, efficiency-driven, with a growth mindset
