This position ensures that all financial and operational activities adhere to JLL’s risk management framework, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The Risk & Compliance Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, leads risk assessments, manages incident escalation processes, and supports audit activities to safeguard JLL’s financial integrity and reputation. This role is critical in fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness, supporting JLL’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Develop and lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, determining risk treatment, mitigation initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to identify and analyze material risks * Implement and maintain compliance program encompassing all JLL and client policies, procedures, Code of Ethics, and engage with JLL Ethics Everywhere program * Review Master Service Agreement (MSA), conduct gap analysis, identify compliance issues or over-delivery, and lead MSA change control process with senior leaders and client * Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategy, including Risk Management program comp
