What You'll Do.
Develop and lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program
Determine risk treatment
Mitigation initiatives
Identify and analyze material risks
Implement and maintain compliance program
Engage with JLL Ethics Everywhere program
Review Master Service Agreement
Identify compliance issues or over-delivery
Lead MSA change control process
Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategy
Manage internal audit program
Coordinate external audit activities
Develop audit programs
Prepare comprehensive reports
Oversee incident management process
Investigate incidents
Escalate sensitive and high severity incidents
Communicate lessons learned
Establish and chair risk forums
Establish and chair governance meetings

The Risk & Compliance Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, leads risk assessments, manages incident escalation processes, and supports audit activities to safeguard JLL’s financial integrity and reputation. This role is critical in fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness, supporting JLL’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Develop and lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, determining risk treatment, mitigation initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to identify and analyze material risks * Implement and maintain compliance program encompassing all JLL and client policies, procedures, Code of Ethics, and engage with JLL Ethics Everywhere program * Review Master Service Agreement (MSA), conduct gap analysis, identify compliance issues or over-delivery, and lead MSA change control process with senior leaders and client * Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategy, including Risk Management program comp
