Full Job Description
At Mega , we are looking for a pragmatic and business-drivenRisk & Business Controller to strengthen risk management across our core B2C activities, while supporting the company’s growth ambitions in the B2B segment. This role sits at the crossroads of operations, risk, and strategy, with a strong focus on improving processes, securing business activities, and supporting key growth initiatives. You will also act as a trusted partner to the CFO on risk-related and strategic topics. The Job: * Identify and monitor operational risks across the business (customer lifecycle, pricing, invoicing, collections, etc.), primarily in a B2C environment; * Support the development of the B2B segment by proactively identifying and managing risks linked to new processes, contracts, and commercial practices; * Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to set risk awareness into day-to-day activities; * Analyse operational incidents and implement pragmatic mitigation actions ; * Strengthen and document internal controls and improve process robustness; * Challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk exposure; * Develop and maintain clear risk reporting and KPIs ; * Assess growth projects and new business opportunities , with a focus on identifying and quantifying risks (operational, contractual, counterparty, etc.); * Act as a right hand to the CFO on strategic initiatives, providing structured analyses and supporting decision-making at management level.
