What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree or comparable degree in Auditing, Business Administration or Economics, At least five years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit or Governance, Experience in leading, guiding and developing employees, Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Luxembourg fund industry, Very good German and English skills, Analytical and critical thinking, Good internal audit reporting, Proficient with Microsoft products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint

French is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support clients in identifying
Take responsibility in demanding projects
Contribute to the development of clients and teams
Use innovative methods and modern technologies
Perform risk and control assessments
Prevent money laundering (AML)
Conduct data analyses
Perform IT-related audit and consulting services
Lead or co-lead internal audit mandates
Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems
Support the creation of risk-oriented audit plans
Assist in building and developing internal audit functions
Work on other advisory projects in Internal Audit
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in interdisciplinary, international project teams; Close collaboration with Directors and Partners; Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships; Coaching and development of Associates and Trainees; Collaborate with colleagues from Business and Technology
Communication Scope
Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus; Strong communication skills
Process & Methodology
Manage and coordinate multiple mandates
