What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–4 years of experience in a risk, compliance, AML, or fraud operations role, Hands-on experience working with transaction monitoring systems, Familiarity with the Brazilian regulatory landscape, working proficiency in English

Nice to Have

Experience working in or with cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset platforms, Exposure to shared or cross-functional risk systems across multi-country operations, Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or equivalent

Monitor flagged transactions

Make disposition decisions

Communicate local risk patterns

Provide feedback on rule effectiveness

Request tuning adjustments

Prepare and file regulatory reports

Identify emerging fraud typologies

Support development of local risk policies

Act as first line of escalation

Participate in risk reviews

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with the PH-based TRMS team; communicate local risk patterns; provide feedback on rule effectiveness; request tuning adjustments; cross-team collaboration with the global TRMS team
