Must Have
3-5 years of experience in Risk or Audit, Operations, or Business Support within a financial services environment, understanding of operational risk, internal controls, and regulatory expectations, analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, Prior experience to control testing supporting audit engagements, regulatory reviews, or compliance reporting
What You'll Do.
Support execution of Risk & Control Programs
Assist ensuring controls align with policies
Assess Bank Operational risks and controls
Identify potential gaps or improvement opportunities
Support issue management and remediation
Assist reviewing and validating control remediation
Support and execute regulatory reporting
Support internal and external audits
Support review of control reports
Support access management tasks
Build relationships across Bank Operations
Enable effective risk management and governance practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Fraud, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams; Build relationships across Bank Operations and partner teams
Communication Scope
Written communication; Oral communication; Communicate ideas and recommendations
