What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in risk management and/or compliance, ideally within financial services or life insurance, Hands-on experience in control assurance and managing incidents through to resolution, Understands key regulatory frameworks (e. g. Corporations Act, SIS Act, LICOP) and their practical application, Builds strong, trusted relationships and collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders, Applies sound analytical thinking to interpret data, assess risk and identify meaningful insights, Communicates clearly and confidently, translating technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance
