Risk and Compliance Analyst **The Opportunity:** As a Risk Management and Mission Assurance Specialist you will manage the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to and recovering from emergencies. You will apply your advanced skills or extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You may need to work without considerable direction, mentor and supervise team members. **You Have:** * Experience in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), requirements management tools, and stakeholder engagement to define and validate operational needs * Experience in developing requirements documentation, conducting gap analyses, and aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks * Experience in requirements traceability matrices, capability development documentation, and DoD governance processes * Ability to conduct requirements analysis, capability-based assessments, and documentation to support the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record (POR) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems, or 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis **Nice If You Have:** * Possession of strong analytical and technical writing skills * Lean Six, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, or CBAP Certification **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
