Department: Risk Management Reports to Director of Risk About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic on-site Risk Analyst to join our proprietary trading firm. This role is centered on real-time monitoring of trading activity, with a particular focus on futures markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of trading environments and risk exposure, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Key Responsibilities: Monitor live trading activity across a broad spectrum of asset classes to identify and escalate risk exposures and breaches in real time. Collaborate closely with traders, operations, and technology teams. Interpret trading behavior and market movements to assess potential risk implications. Support the development and refinement of risk monitoring tools and dashboards Contribute to post-trade reviews and risk incident analysis. Assist in the enforcement of trading limits and risk policies. What We’re Looking For: Industry Experience: Prior experience in a trading, risk, or operations role within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank is preferred but not essential.
