Required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years experience with right of way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending Must have ability to understand real estate documents such as appraisal, environmental, survey, deeds, easements, deeds of trust, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, court records, assessments, probates and other matters of record Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational and planning skills Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus Database, ProjectWise and GIS familiarity a plus Proficient with MS Office Suite, Webex and Teams What We Believe HDR is our company.
