Interpersonal and negotiation skills, Ability to productively collaborate and communicate with team members, Ability to interpret land descriptions and survey and engineering drawings, Basic understanding of real estate appraisal fundamentals, Ability to effectively manage schedule and tasks, Ability to adhere to QA/QC procedures, Proficiency with standard technology tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Earth, Available for travel anywhere in Colorado, Experience acquiring property rights for Transportation and/or Power projects, Proficiency adhering to the Uniform Acquisition and Relocation Act, Permitting experience within Colorado, Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law, Database and GIS familiarity
