## **Job Description** An exciting opportunity has arisen for an**Rig Management Engineer (f/m/d)** to join Rolls-Royce Deutschland in**Dahlewitz near Berlin.** To own and deliver programme execution in Validation & Verification including all aspects of planning, preparation and execution of component and system testing and subsequent documentation Key Accountabilities * Understand experiment, vehicle and test requirements and support requirements lifecycle * Effective communication of assembly, test and strip instructions to support the experimental activities and deliver verification programmes * Govern and execute gated process for rig test projects (ETA) * Risk management in line with ETA requirements, including HS&E * Coordinate design, make, build, inspections, test and strip tasks with relevant stakeholders and suppliers * Create and maintain an integrated project plan and drive execution of that plan * Effective communication of test project status * Identify and record lessons learnt to support the capability development * Document project in an off-test report Key Experience and Qualifications * Degree level in engineering or equivalent * Project management experience * Good communication and presentation skills * Motivated to work in a multidisciplinary environment and drive solutions * Experience in development testing is preferred, but not essential **As part of your application please include a cover letter and any supporting qualifications (under Resume / Cover Letter Section).** Application closing date: 11.06.2026 ## ## **Job Category** Validation and Verification ## **Posting Date** 28 máj. 2026; 00:05
