You'll translate high-level client direction into engaging interactive ads, take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, and become an expert on PLAY, our no-code playable builder. You will leverage our suite of AI features to build high performing playables, move faster and challenge whats possible. You'll pitch and demo concepts in client-facing meetings, collaborate cross-functionally with production, and bring fresh thinking to every brief. What You'll Own These are your core responsibilities Campaign execution: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals, from concept through performance analysis. Content creation: Write blog posts, articles, email campaigns, social media copy, and lead magnets that drive organic traffic and position CRAFTSMAN+ as a thought leader in ad tech and creative technology.
