Full Job Description

Location: Hamburg About the position: Revenue Growth Management is a strategic capability that supports our growth agenda by translating category, shopper and market insights into winning commercial strategies across the DACHIT region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy). Reporting to the Revenue Growth & Category Management Lead DACHIT, the RGM Analyst (m/w/d) plays a critical role in shaping Flora Food Group’s growth journey. The focus of this role is to act as a price & promo expert enabling fast & fact-based decision making to shape our future strategies to drive revenue & margin growth. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Build and maintain robust Performance Tracking tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the business Pricing Insights: Develop and roll out standardised pricing reports and analytics to deliver insights on in-market price & pack changes for our and competitors portfolios Price & Promo Optimization: Identify incremental growth opportunities through price & promo optimization by feeding crucial in-market performance insights of our products into a continuously improving commercial strategy Performance Tracking: Continuously analyse Competitor & Flora Food Group’s in-market performance, preparing inputs for monthly RGM & Performance Reviews to identify Risks & Opportunities So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Passion for data and turning it into actionable insights Good analytical capability as well as basic understanding of a commercial P&L Basic understanding of consumer, shopper insights and marketing concepts Confident in building tools & reports in Excel 2+ years of Commercial, Finance, Sales Analytics or Revenue Growth Management experience in FMCG Fluency in English (German a plus but not a must) DACHIT market knowledge is a strong asset, not a requirement What’s next If this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!
