ABOUT HAULER HERO Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together. Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business. Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a LATAM-based contractor to support Hauler Hero’s RFP and proposal process, including identifying, organizing, writing, and submitting high-quality proposals for municipal, government, and enterprise opportunities. This role will support the RFP process from opportunity discovery through final submission. You will help find relevant municipal, state, federal, and private-sector opportunities, manage procurement portal registrations, coordinate internal inputs, and draft clear, accurate, and persuasive responses that position Hauler Hero well. This is a cross-functional role that works with sales, marketing, customer success, product, operations, legal, finance, and leadership. The right person will be a strong writer, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating product and operational information into clear proposal language. This is not a copy-and-paste proposal role. We need someone who can manage details, write clearly, follow up with internal teams, and help us submit polished, compliant proposals on time.
