Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Manage the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, and bid processes from intake to final submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery across global and high-priority opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders to build complete and competitive proposal responses aligned with business goals. Analyze RFP requirements, assess compliance criteria, and ensure all documentation meets customer and regulatory expectations while protecting commercial interests. Build, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets in Excel to support pricing validation, product mapping, margin analysis, and final proposal preparation. Facilitate RFP kick-off meetings, manage shared inboxes and workflows, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent bids. Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, including reporting win/loss outcomes, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting onboarding and training activities. Requirements: The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in RFP management, bid coordination, sales operations, or procurement within a complex, cross-functional environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. You bring advanced Excel capabilities, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookups, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across global teams. Familiarity with contracts, pricing structures, and business or procurement language is highly valued.
