Must Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, 3–7 years of experience in proposal development, government contracting, or compliance
Nice to Have
Previous experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or professional services contracting, Previous experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Loopio, or equivalent), Previous experience with small business utilization requirements (MWBE, HUBZone, SDVOB, etc.), Previous experience creating compliance matrices and risk mitigation strategies, APMP Certification
What You'll Do.
Lead proposal creation
and compliance review
Manage end-to-end proposal process
Utilize AI-enabled content generation
Maintain and train AI content library
Generate initial drafts of proposals
Monitor emerging AI tools
Build and maintain compliance matrices
Review AI-generated drafts for accuracy
Ensure adherence to proposal best practices
Act as compliance liaison with subcontractors
Track proposal pipeline milestones
Prepare standardized narratives
and gold team reviews
Provide coaching on AI prompt usage
Develop best-practice guides
Capture lessons learned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with SMEs, Solution Architects, recruiters, and business development staff; Act as compliance liaison with subcontractors and partners; Work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality; Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written; Ability to build business relationships at all levels
