Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ## Position Title RF Repair Technician ## Key Responsibilities * Perform **repair and troubleshooting of RF boards** for 4G / 5G products, including Massive MIMO, AIR, and RU systems * Diagnose RF signal chain issues, including but not limited to: * PA (Power Amplifier), LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), TRX, and RF Front-End modules * Conduct RF performance validation using test equipment, including: * EVM, ACPR, VSWR, and other key RF parameters * Support **failure analysis (FA)** and provide preliminary root cause insights * Participate in repair activities during **NPI and mass production phases** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Test, Quality, Engineering) to drive issue resolution * Follow ESD and production procedures to ensure repair quality and compliance ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields preferred * Basic knowledge of RF principles, with experience in: * 5G NR or LTE systems (preferred) * OTA or Conducted testing (preferred) * Experience in **PCBA/Board-level repair** (1–3+ years preferred) * Ability to read schematics and use basic test instruments * Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset * Prior experience in manufacturing/EMS environment is a plus * Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced production environment ## Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) * Experience with Ericsson products (AIR / RU
