Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions
Working with test development engineers on new or existing test hardware and software
Supporting manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP
Providing technical support to testing of production hardware
Maintenance of test equipment
Dispositioning non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis
Driving Continuous Improvement to improve cycle time
reduce ergonomic risk
reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making
Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes
