What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM), minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, 2+ years of test experience, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required

Excellent organizational skills with fine attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Knowledge and ability to apply RTX CORE principles and techniques, Test requirements interpretation, Schematic diagram interpretation, knowledge of operating commercial test equipment for test and troubleshooting, Demonstrated hands-on Electronics aptitude, Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and keep pace with technology, Ability to work in a team environment, Proven written and oral communication, including presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word), statistical evaluation tools (SPC, data distribution analysis), shop floor tools (PRISM, PDM, CMES), Master's degree preferred, Active DoD security clearance (secret), Experience with Refurbishment and Repair requirements and processing of Government Furnished Material (GFM) or Equipment (GFE)
What You'll Do.
Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions
Working with test development engineers on new or existing test hardware and software
Supporting manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP
providing technical support to testing of production hardware and maintenance of test equipment
Dispositioning non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required
Driving Continuous Improvement to improve cycle time
reduce ergonomic risk
reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making
Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes
