The Effector RF Design Department is seeking current college students for an RF Design position to work with a variety of programs as a contributor to detailed design, simulation, product development, and initial product testing. The successful candidate will have educational experience and professional interest in designing RF and microwave hardware, including transmitters, receivers, and exciters. This role includes design and test activities that span preliminary design to integration. Products we develop support radar and datalink applications on a variety of tactical missile programs. Critical to this role will be designing for challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments. All candidates will work within a larger team at Raytheon. Candidates perform meaningful engineering tasks for their assigned projects and will also have access to a variety of career development opportunities.
