We're looking for a Reward Specialist to join us inTallinn , one of our major hubs in Europe, focusing on our global Servicing Ops teams. You'll work closely with our Reward Partners to make sure thousands of Wisers are paid fairly and consistently, and you'll help us build smarter, more effective ways of doing that. What you'll do * Partner with Reward Partners to manage the unique needs of our high-volume Servicing Ops teams, maintaining pay scales, reviewing shift allowances, and ensuring regional consistency. * Prepare data narratives, benchmarking reports, and impact analyses that help Reward Partners and business leads make informed decisions. * Build and maintain the spreadsheets and tools that power our annual salary and stock review cycles, with a strong focus on data integrity. * Spot bottlenecks and improve how we work. Whether it's a better tracker or a more efficient approval flow, you're always looking for the next iteration. * Collaborate with People Tech to make sure our HRIS (Workday) is accurate and up to date ahead of each Annual Salary Review cycle. * Contribute to clear internal communications by reviewing offer letter templates for accuracy and helping draft updates on sala
