Must Have
Demonstrable experience of working within reward operations, Proficiency with using IT systems and platforms to deliver processes effectively, Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, Ability to work well under pressure and navigate tight deadlines, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have
Involvement in running or supporting at a detailed level reward activities either (ideally) across the whole total reward spectrum, or as a delivery specialist within a specific area of reward operations (for example, global annual compensation review /annual objective setting & review cycles, the provision of benefits, LTIs, salary benchmarking) within a large, complex global organisation
What You'll Do.
Manage annual reward activities
Deliver annual compensation review cycle
Maintain high quality data and metrics
Deliver operations for global benefits
Drive implementation of new benefits
Support relationship management with benefit vendors
Administer and deliver Reward activities
Act as escalation point
Deliver reporting/information
Support ad-hoc project change work
Make recommendations for continuous improvement
