What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Experience in broad-based reward across corporate or commercial portfolios. Proven experience managing salary reviews, incentive programs, and job architecture frameworks. Experience working within complex organisations of similar scale. Analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate into insights. High attention to detail with project management and prioritisation skills. Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities. Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

Experience with executive reward or equity programs is not essential but will be viewed favourably.
