What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience of an annual reward cycle and building pay models, Highly proficient in Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel - Ability to use complex formulas and functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and array formulas to manipulate and analyse large datasets. Expertise in creating and modifying Pivot Tables for data summarisation, trend analysis, and reporting., In-depth experience of all aspects of job analysis and pricing, including survey analysis, Experience in data analysis and manipulating large volumes of data, Extensive knowledge of Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Job Evaluation and benchmarking methodologies, Current knowledge of best practice in Reward, with ideally a good understanding of Recognition fundamentals, Experience of advising colleagues on reward queries, Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills, High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail, Flexible, proactive approach and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Identify and solve issues by using well-thought-out strategies. Consider different angles and potential solutions to resolve concerns.
What You'll Do.
Design and develop the annual pay and bonus review model recommendations
Participate in the development and design of new programmes/policies
Coordinate Ofcom’s participation into salary surveys
Research and gather internal and external salary data
Manage the job levelling process
Play a key role in the conduction of the Equal Pay Audit and Pay Gap reporting
Provide day-to-day support for all employee Compensation & Recognition matters
Provide ongoing support to all the recognition activities
Ensure that Ofcom’s HRIS (Workday) is up to date with relevant data
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as reward business partner, providing guidance and recommending the best course of action to the People Business Partners (PBPs) and wider People and Culture team.; Create and maintain close relationships with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, Workday and other relevant teams; Provide salary benchmarks and package recommendations to the People Business Partner and Recruitment teams
