Build and maintain reports and dashboards that the sales

Bring our outbound tooling together
Ensure data flows cleanly across HubSpot
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and our Claude MCP-based automations
Protect live experiments by enforcing change-control on workflows and automations
Identify and replace manual
untracked outreach work with properly tracked
Build and maintain segments of our target accounts & contacts
Run enrichment plays using paid data sources such as Apollo
and Lusha to keep our contact and account data fresh

Our commercial function needs a GTM tech stack that’s tidy, trustworthy, and properly integrated - so the rest of the team can move fast without breaking things. We’re hiring a RevOps / Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot and the surrounding GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude MCP integrations) - keeping data clean, workflows behaving, and systems talking to each other reliably. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of the Commercial Team. You’ll work under the direction of VP RevOps and commercial leadership, but you’ll be trusted to own your queue, prioritise effectively, and ship the small fixes that compound into big leverage for the team.
