We’re an award-winning, Tier 1 VC-backed health technology start-up solving a multi-billion dollar problem - funded by the people behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop. As we rapidly scale across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for ambitious talent to join us on our mission to transform care at a global scale.   The Role We’re hiring our first RevOps Manager to own the systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. You’ll own our RevOps stack - currently HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude - and help evolve it as we scale. A core part of the role is building and managing the Claude skills used daily by our commercial, AM and marketing teams, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful and grounded in real business data. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like an operator, builds like an engineer and is excited about the practical impact AI can have on go-to-market teams.
