and improving operations related to returns
and recycling of networking hardware
Analyzing returned products
and working with technical teams for efficient resolution
Managing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes
ensuring accuracy and completeness
Troubleshooting and root cause supply chain issues
Coordinating swap and return activities for faulty part materials ensuring tracking through to closure
Collaborating with IT support and engineering teams to optimize remanufacturing and repair processes for networking hardware
Coordinating logistics activities across warehouse
vendors and service provides to support timely movement of materials
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of remanufacturing and repair operations
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and improvements in repair turnaround time
Utilizing data analysis tools to assess the efficiency and key performance indicators (KPI) of RMA reverse supply chain operations
Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse supply operations
Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support operational improvements and leadership decision making

This position involves analysing, managing, and improving operations related to returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products in the reverse supply chain. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Returns and RMA Processing: Analyze returned products, categorize issues, and work with technical teams for efficient resolution. Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
