reverse processing experience, understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to mortgage lending: TILA, RESPA, Reg B, Reg C, etc., Ability to exercise independent judgment and use problem-solving skills., Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines., Work independently with exceptional attention to detail., Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with all customers (internal and external)., Proficient computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to Have
Minimum 3 years FHA Processing experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Process applications from submission
to underwriting and closing
Communicate daily with loan officers
and labeling of file documentation into loan imaging system
asset documents and payment history
Clearing loan conditions for final loan approval
Ensure confidentiality of client files
work well under pressure
meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues’ management and customers
work as part of a team
