The Revenue Recognition Accountant will work closely across multiple teams within the Company to address revenue accounting matters in the application of U.S. GAAP, and maintenance of revenue accounting policies. This role will own the end-to-end revenue accounting for Firstup and conduct research on complex revenue arrangements. In addition, this role will work closely with our financial reporting and GL accounting teams in support of the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, and other stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis. ## Responsibilities Prepare and analyze revenue accounting entries for month-end close, ensuring deferred revenue waterfalls are accurately maintained. Own the ASC 606 revenue recognition in NetSuite (ARM module) monthly. Perform detailed reviews/analysis of Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure that revenue is properly recorded, and documentation is in compliance with policy. Ensure the accurate application of GAAP to complex revenue transactions. Review Order Perfection for data accuracy and revenue recognition impact in Salesforce.
