3–5 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations with a analytical and systems mindset, Proficiency in Excel, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Ability to translate business problems into scalable, tech-enabled solutions rather than manual processes, analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable, forward-looking insights, Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, High attention to detail, prioritization skills, continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
experience with or interest in automation tools (e. g. , workflow automation, low-code tools), AI-powered analytics or productivity tools
What You'll Do.
Own and evolve recurring reporting and analytics
Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reporting frameworks
Identify and eliminate manual processes
and Enterprise Systems
Evaluate and implement new tools or capabilities
Support Sales enablement by building scalable documentation
Act as a thought partner in evolving Flywire’s Sales Ops and Rev Ops tech stack
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally to embed more efficient, tech-enabled processes across the revenue organization; Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Enterprise Systems; collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
