What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related analytical role, experience working within Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management, Experience working with GTM tools and vendors such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar platforms, understanding of sales funnel metrics, outbound motions, pipeline management, and GTM analytics, Demonstrated experience cleaning, uploading and maintaining CRM data at scale utilizing tools like Datagroomr, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights, Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment while also being highly collaborative and team-oriented, Positive, driven attitude with a genuine desire to help the sales team succeed, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth startup sales organizations, Experience with Salesforce Dataloader
What You'll Do.

This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to optimize pipeline generation, improve data quality, surface actionable buying signals, and empower the sales team with insights that accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into GTM data, improving operational efficiency, and partnering closely with revenue teams to help them perform at a high level. You should be equally comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and operating independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
