3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar analytical and operational role, 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, 2+ years of hands-on experience with Compensation calculation/payout, Experience supporting sales compensation, quota administration, reporting, or related operational processes, Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business systems, Communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data analysis), Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of B2B SaaS revenue operations, Hands-on experience with quote-to-cash and revenue technology platforms, Experience leveraging business intelligence and sales performance tools

What You'll Do.

Administer and maintain sales quotas

Support execution and administration of sales compensation plans

Partner with Finance and Sales teams to investigate

Maintain documentation and controls related to quota and

Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards related

Monitor and maintain data quality across Salesforce and

Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support

Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes

Improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with systems teams to support enhancements

Establish and maintain working relationships with Sales

Serve as a point of contact for operational

and annual business processes

Assist with process documentation
