Must Have

4+ years Revenue Operations experience, Experience with Quota/Compensation Planning, Experience with Commission Execution, Experience with Sales Territories, Experience with Deal Desk, Experience with Lead Routing, Experience with Renewal Operations, Experience with Funnel Reporting, Hands-on experience in at least 2 of these areas, Use Claude Code daily, Proven experience with CRM platforms, Proven experience writing code, Exceptional writing skills, Exceptional organizational skills, Ability to thrive in unstructured environment, Ability to build processes from ground up

Nice to Have

Salesforce experience, HubSpot experience, SQL experience, Python experience

What You'll Do.

Act as project manager

Identify bottlenecks in lead to cash process

Standardize workflows across GTM teams

Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses

Partner with Data team on data governance

Establish metric dictionary

Architect internal automation and tooling solutions

Build internal automation and tooling solutions

Serve as thought partner to GTM leadership

Champion AI-first operating model

Assist in GTM Enablement efforts

Teach managers to leverage AI tools
