Must Have
5+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, Significant time in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth B2B environments, Proven experience owning Salesforce administration and the broader GTM tech stack end-to-end in a high-growth company, Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodologies, and GTM metrics, Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo), and outreach, Experience with quote-to-cash workflows and Salesforce-to-ERP integrations, Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google, Experience with commission plan administration, territory planning, and quota setting, Self-starter who operates at both a strategic and hands-on level, Clear and confident communicator
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CPQ tools a plus, Experience with Quickbooks, NetSuite, Rillet or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Operate the day-to-day revenue operations function
Own the GTM tech stack
Own the integrity of pipeline and forecast data
Build systems and processes to support growth
Maintain Salesforce administration
Maintain pipeline analytics
Maintain quote-to-cash workflows
Maintain GTM reporting
Stand up scalable RevOps processes from the ground up
Configure and maintain Salesforce
Ensure data integrity across all GTM systems
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce
and customer success platforms
Own the weekly pipeline and forecast cadence
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across the full funnel
Define and track the GTM metrics that matter
Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between RevOps reporting and management reporting
Keep Salesforce-to-ERP workflows clean
and aligned with revenue recognition
Build and maintain a scalable process for accurate
and audit-ready quotes and order forms
Manage the order-to-cash handoff
Lead commission plan administration
Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows across the GTM motion
Establish best-in-class RevOps processes
Partner with leadership on territory planning
Surface insights from pipeline and customer data to inform pricing
and territory decisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Trusted partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance; Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between RevOps reporting and management reporting, board materials, and the annual plan; Partner with Finance to keep Salesforce-to-ERP workflows clean, auditable, and aligned with revenue recognition; Partner with leadership on territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, and segmentation; Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success on order-to-cash handoff; Communicate actionable insights to sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders

Clear and confident communicator; Able to translate GTM data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders
