Must Have

5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles, Experience as a foundational or early RevOps hire (or operating with high autonomy), Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, data fluency—comfortable working with datasets, building reports, and identifying trends, Experience designing dashboards and forecasting models, Familiarity with integrations and data flows (without needing to be a full engineer), Builder mindset: you like creating order from chaos, Strategic but willing to execute, cross-functional communicator who can influence without authority, Comfortable being a team of one while building toward something bigger

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring our first Revenue Operations leader—a highly strategic and hands-on operator who will build and scale our RevOps function from the ground up. This is a department-of-one role (for now) with significant ownership and visibility across the organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Talent, Partnerships, Finance, and Leadership to bring structure, clarity, and scalability to how we generate and manage revenue. You’ll own HubSpot, define our revenue data model, improve pipeline visibility, and create the operational backbone that enables smarter, faster decision-making.
